Mindful by Sodexo strives to make good health a natural part of everyone’s day, giving you easy choices to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Sodexo’s Mindful items balance nutrition with enticing flavors to create an indulgent way to enjoy health. The hope is that making Mindful choices becomes second nature for students, faculty, and staff—not only on campus but also at home. The Pennington School is proud to offer a large variety of healthful choices each day for our students and faculty. Lunch is included as part of tuition for all day students, and of course the dining hall is open for breakfast and dinner for all of our boarding school students.

Each day students can choose from hot, home-style entrees, prepare their own stir-fry at our wok station, or get a freshly made-to-order panini at the new panini station. The daily salad bar offers a huge variety of options, including tuna and chicken salad, breads, and grains, and two soups. There are plenty of vegetarion options, deli sandwiches are always available, and a delicious dessert is included too. Beverage choices include lemonade, juices, iced tea, flavored water, milk, coffee and tea.
