"There is a never-ending conversation at Pennington about things that are important and bigger in the world, and even though we have a small community, it feels a lot bigger because of this. I found my passion here - music technology.

The recording studio is the perfect spot to combine music and electronics; I make my own recordings, I've built my own amplifier, and I repair instrument cables and amplifiers. I also performed in Pennington's student band, "Batteries Not Included." I played guitar for the jazz band and pit band. There are so many tools and opportunities available at Pennington to help you succeed in more than the classroom. My ability to go and build something or create something at any moment, and the very open atmosphere here, were my favorite parts."
