Peter V. Secrest is an educator, director, and theatre artist. A Pennington alumnus from the Class of 2013 and current Teaching Fellow at the School. Peter is excited to be back at Pennington, where he was the first student to direct the Middle School’s spring play, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. He graduated from Tufts University magna cum laude and with highest thesis honors. His directing credits from Tufts include Clytemnestreia: An Original Adaptation of Aeschylus' Oresteia, Gnit, Little Shop of Horrors, and Doctor Faustus. He has directed middle school productions at the Winsor School in Boston and The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Peter has also taught theatre courses Greater Boston Stage Company and the Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown, MA.
