Photography Camp

CAMP EXPERIENCE:

Campers will improve their photography skills, learn how to get the most out of their cameras to take the pictures they envision, and discover ways to edit photos to improve color, contrast, and sharpness. More importantly, through discussion, students will learn to think critically about what constitutes a successful photo composition.

In addition, you will learn how to:

  • Use Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
  • Critique your own images
  • The importance of lighting for a successful photograph

INSTRUCTOR:
Kris Giacobbe, owner and principal photographer for Locust and Honey Photography.

CAMP OPEN TO:
Boys and girls ages 10-15

ITEMS PROVIDED:
Pennington School T-shirt, and lunch

ITEMS TO BRING:

Point-and-shoot digital camera, digital SLR camera, and a smartphone

CAMP DATES:
Week of July 29, 2019

CAMP HOURS:
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Before-and after-camp care is available for an additional charge.
