Global Inventors

Problem Solving with STEM

Collaborate with international peers to solve global problems!

Join us on an adventure to transform our world! Want to work closely with someone your age on the other side of the world, while learning all about:

human-centered design
renewable energy

Each camper will be matched with a partner student in another country, and together they will harness the power of 3D printing, one of the most innovative technologies of our time, to engineer solutions to real-world issues.

In this exciting camp, sponsored by Level Up Village, students and their partners will learn how to use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to create and modify a series of designs. The final project is to work together with their global partners to create and 3D-print a solar-powered light source, all while exchanging video messages about their projects and their daily lives in their respective countries. We will supplement our project work with exciting field trips to see real-world examples of global energy projects at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.
