Physical Life Skills

In addition to after-school participation in a team sport, we offer a Physical Life Skills course designed specifically for this age group. This course meets every week, and every Middle School student participates. The students work on areas ranging from swimming to yoga, physical fitness to mindfulness, dance, and more. The experiences offer practical, lifelong skills that can have a positive impact on students as they develop into adulthood. The Physical Life Skills program contributes to students' overall mental health and physical well-being.
