Zander Asplundh-Smith: Works in Progress

The Silva Gallery was delighted to present an experiential show featuring the art and process of Pennington alumnus Zander Asplundh-Smith ’10. On display were large-scale, fantastical scenes that bring the viewer to new worlds full of unusual juxtapositions and surprising imagery. Throughout the run of the exhibition Mr. Asplundh-Smith was in the Gallery, painting. All were invited to observe his process, ask questions, and even join in on creating a large-scale work. The School community was able to watch the show develop and change and joined the artist for a closing reception on April 28.
