Overview:
Pennington’s community swim program offers local residents opportunities to improve their swimming skills.
These programs are designed to help intermediate and advanced swimmers develop, refine, and tune their strokes and turns, while remaining focused on the fundamental and technical development of the whole swimmer. Our highly experienced coaches strive to create a positive experience in which to provide the tools your athlete needs to continue their development as a swimmer and to help elevate their overall performance as an athlete.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative programs for young athletes in Pennington, Princeton, Hopewell Valley, and all of Mercer County. We bring the values, philosophy, and expertise of The Pennington School to the athletic stage.
The primary focus of the program is to help swimmers’ abilities and skill levels. This will prepare them for the winter season and help them become solid technical swimmers. Through the clinic, your swimmer will develop strong fundamental skills and will have access to the tools necessary to continue their growth and development as an athlete.
This clinic is for *competitive swimmers only* who can swim all four strokes, and can swim for a 90 minute swim practice. This will be at least 1000-2000 yards of swimming.
