The Pennington School uses Veracross to view and pay your bill online. You can view all activity on your Veracross parent portal by clicking the MY INVOICE button. New families can access their invoices on Veracross starting June 4, when they will receive login information from Veracross.

The School offers several options for paying the balance of your tuition. They are:

1. E-check through Veracross

2. Personal check mailed directly to the School – ATTN: Business Office

3. By wire transfer through Flywire for international students

The balance of your tuition should be paid on or before the due dates of July 16 and November 1, 2018.

In addition to the payment options above, The Pennington School offers parents the option of paying tuition over a ten-month (10-month) period, from May to February, without any late charges, provided that payments are made on a timely basis in accordance with the terms of the plan. If you wish to enroll in this plan, please contact the Business Office. There is a $60 enrollment fee for this service.

It is important to remember that the Campus Store deposit, activities fee, and tuition insurance must be paid directly to the School by July 16, 2018, and should not be included in the monthly payment plan.

You may direct any tuition-related questions to Deborah Mitchell in the Business Office at 609–737–6119.
