All required School forms, including general permission and medical forms, are due no later than July 1. You will need to submit them through Magnus Health, a leader in student health care management, which offers electronic signature as well as mobile form submission and parent access from any mobile device.
You will receive an email from Magnus with your username and temporary password the first week in May. If you do not receive an email from Magnus by May 5, please contact Maureen Iorio at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All required forms will be reviewed by the School, and you will receive an email notification over the summer if we require additional information regarding your child. The Pennington School uses the Student Account Center (SAC), a system to view and pay your bill online. You will receive an email inviting you to register for the site. Once you register, you can view and make your payment online.
The School offers several options for paying the balance of your tuition. They are:

3. Personal check mailed directly to the School – ATTN: Business Office
4. By wire transfer for international students.
The balance of your tuition should be paid on or before the due dates of July 15 and November 1, 2017.
In addition to the payment options above, The Pennington School offers parents the option of paying tuition over a ten-month (10-month) period, from May to February, without any late charges, provided that payments are made on a timely basis to Tuition Management Systems (TMS) in accordance with the terms of the plan. Here is a worksheet to help you calculate the payments. If you wish to enroll in this plan, please log on to www.pennington.afford.com. You must have your child’s ID number, which can be found on the enrollment contract. There is a $60 enrollment fee for this service.
If you enroll in the payment plan, you will be sent a monthly bill with which you can make your monthly payments directly to TMS. It is important to remember that the Campus Store deposit, activities fee, and tuition insurance must be paid direct to the School by July 15, 2017, and should not be included in the monthly payment plan.

New students will receive their iPads during the months of July and August. Training sessions for students and parents
will be held.
Families of all new students will receive an email invitation with a list of dates for iPad distribution and training. The sessions (1 hour for parents and 3 hours for the students) will be offered at a variety of times during the months of July and August. New boarding students will receive their iPads and training when they arrive on campus in September.
