Tuition Payments

The Pennington School uses the Student Account Center (SAC), a system to view and pay your bill online. You will receive an email inviting you to register for the site. Once you register, you can view and make your payment online.

The School offers several options for paying the balance of your tuition. They are:

1. E-check

2. Credit card

3. Personal check mailed directly to the School – ATTN: Business Office

4. By wire transfer for international students.

The balance of your tuition should be paid on or before the due dates of July 15 and November 1, 2017.

In addition to the payment options above, The Pennington School offers parents the option of paying tuition over a ten-month (10-month) period, from May to February, without any late charges, provided that payments are made on a timely basis to Tuition Management Systems (TMS) in accordance with the terms of the plan. Here is a worksheet to help you calculate the payments. If you wish to enroll in this plan, please log on to You must have your child’s ID number, which can be found on the enrollment contract. There is a $60 enrollment fee for this service.

If you enroll in the payment plan, you will be sent a monthly bill with which you can make your monthly payments directly to TMS. It is important to remember that the Campus Store deposit, activities fee, and tuition insurance must be paid direct to the School by July 15, 2017, and should not be included in the monthly payment plan.

If you have any questions or require additional information regarding the payment plan through TMS, please call 1–888–805–9817.

You may direct any other tuition-related questions to Deborah Mitchell at 609–737–6119.
