Engineer delivers business, STEM lecture
Engineer delivers business, STEM lecture

Scott Gibbard P'19'21 delivered a lecture on the intersection of business and STEM to students in the Applied Science program on Friday, December 8, in the Wesley Forum.

Gibbard has an engineering degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Toronto, a Masters in Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Institute for Aerospace Studies, and a M.B.A (Master of Business Administration) from Cornell University. He has split his 25-year career almost evenly across three different areas: as an aerospace engineer, a pharmaceutical R&D executive, and a management consultant.

The common theme is that he has always worked directly on, or as an advisor to, product development in science/engineering-based industries.
