Health Center

The Health Center is staffed by a pediatric nurse practitioner and a registered nurse. The School physician is available for consultation and referral as needed. 

The Health Center provides all basic nursing services for students and staff. The Health Center director and staff maintain and review all student health records for pre-athletics, immunization compliance, etc.; administer medications; manage concussions; manage chronic conditions; administer asthma care; and provide nursing health care to students as needed.

The Health Center is available 24/7 during the school year. Office hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and 11:00 a.m -12:00 p.m. on weekends, holidays, days off and weather emergency days. The Health Center has five beds for overnight stays for boarders. During off hours, the nurse on duty can be reached by calling an emergency cell phone number that is provided to all students and employees.
